These terms apply to all visitors, users, registered customers, and any other persons who access or use our platform.
To make purchases, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All new accounts require email verification via a one-time password (OTP). You must have access to the email address you register with. Accounts that are not verified cannot make purchases.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in suspicious activity.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or pricing are error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to display settings.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honored.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or reject orders at our sole discretion. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or store credit.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email with your invoice number. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud or pricing errors.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets via our secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment partners. We do not store your complete payment card details.
A professional invoice with GST details is automatically generated for every order and emailed to both the customer and our team. You can also download invoices from your account.
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery options may be available for select pin codes at additional cost.
We offer Pan India delivery. Shipping charges may apply based on order value, weight, and destination.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status on our Track Order page.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any products. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID. We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.
Warranty is provided only if the product brand offers a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by brand and product. Please check the product page for warranty details before purchasing.
You agree NOT to: use our platform for any illegal purpose; attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt our systems or security; submit false or misleading information; resell products purchased from us at inflated prices without authorization; use automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to access our website; impersonate another person or entity; or engage in any activity that violates these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juno Robotics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
All content on this website — including logos, text, images, product designs, graphics, software, and branding — is the intellectual property of Juno Robotics or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
